Many lenders are offering loans for church pews alter, chairs, equipment. The need for updates is great for churches but the financial back that they need to buy them outright is not always there. Most churches rely on the member contributions to meet their monthly expenses. This is why many churches have a great need for loans. Just as with traditional loans, a church loan has an interest rate and a repayment schedule that needs to be followed. Lenders try to keep a low-fixed interest rate for churches along with a long term repayment option to keep financing affordable. Some of the changes have revolved around ideology while some were
reflected in the various styles of church pews that have evolve over the
years. Some of the early Christian designer and architects had
developed a centralized plan that was based entirely on a circular
shape, or the polygon or square. The main aspect of the centralized plan
was the centre of the total structure that was dominated by a dome at
the top. This plan worked well because the congregation attending
churches were standing and not seated. Therefore pews were not used in
the medieval times. The pews were a dominant feature in different
churches in the period between 1600 and 1800. During this time, social
rank was considered as a main influence in the seating arrangements and
those with higher social status were able to sit in the church pews closest to the pulpit.
